All deposits made (regardless of rendered service) are considered to be a non-refundable deposit agreement between clients and Bon Beauté.

In the event that deposits are negotiated to be refunded, a $35 small business processing fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded

All reschedules and cancellations but be made 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid an additional $50 booking deposit

In the event a client reschedules more than once, Bon Beauté reserves the right to cancel future pending appointments and keep all booking deposits.

No Shows may be subject to a $35 dollar small business fee and forfeit their deposits

It is the clients responsibility to thoroughly read and understand all artist categories, pre-procedure expectations, safety protocol and healing expectations before paying the non-refundable deposit. Bon Beauté reserves the right to cancel any appointments, including your day of appointment, if the clients proves to be ineligible or safely prepared for the service.

All clients who book services with a “Growing Artist” understand the artist is still cultivating technique, art strategy and intention and may require more than two appointments

Educational

All deposits for Bon Beauté training courses are non-refundable to secure your spot and ensure a quality experience. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days before your course start date. We allow one reschedule, with your deposit applied to a future session.

Pre-order products are defined as products that are not currently in stock. By purchasing products through a pre-sale, you are securing the product to be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. Product re-stock time will vary based on factors such as:

-Delivery times for materials to produce the products

-Products being hand-made

Any orders containing a pre-sale item will not be shipped until the pre-sale item becomes available to ship.

Due to implications of Covid-19 & weather events, guarantees of product re-stock dates cannot be confirmed but every effort will be made by the shop to have products ready for shipping as soon as possible.

Bon Beaute reserves the right to change the pre-sale shipping dates at any time if required based on the above factors.

If you have purchased a presale item(s), you have acknowledged and accepted these conditions provided regarding presale item(s). Presale orders will not be cancelled if the customer fails to acknowledge the delayed shipment for presale items.
